This can be based in Arden, NC, Sumter, SC, Charlotte, NC or remotely within the U.S. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and drive program management structure for this key strategic initiative that enhances productivity, improves quality, and shortens turn-around time for customer drawings. You’ll also contribute to AI-enhanced automation efforts, best practice sharing, and solution harmonization across Eaton’s Electrical Sector, making this a high-visibility opportunity to influence change at scale. **What you’ll do:** **What You’ll Own:** • Shape automation strategy for ETO processes, aligning initiatives with ARS’s long-term goals • Implement Eaton’s PROLaunch process and agile best practices to streamline execution • Lead the team through uncertainty by establishing program management structure, operating cadence, objectives, and performance measurement • Accountable for program scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments • Unite engineering and IT functions to ensure stakeholder needs are front and center • Facilitate Value Stream Mapping exercises to visualize and improve workflows • Drive ADKAR-based change management to ensure solutions are embraced across divisions • Build and maintain detailed program schedules in Microsoft Project to track dependencies and progress • Empower teams to make thoughtful trade-offs, weighing legacy systems against platform innovations • Deliver data-driven updates to senior leaders, backed by robust metrics and reports • Lead risk mitigation planning with agility—resolving issues before they impact delivery • Advocate for resource alignment and resolve staffing challenges through effective escalation • Foster growth by mentoring peers and sharing program management best practices within Eaton’s PMO network **Who You Are:** • A systems thinker who sees the big picture—and the critical details • A master collaborator fluent in engineering, IT, and business strategy • A change champion with a knack for energizing cross-functional teams • A metrics-driven leader who turns complex challenges into actionable plans **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. + Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering for Engineered To Order (ETO) solutions. + Minimum 3 years of experience in program and/or project management methodologies, processes, and tools. + Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
