As Program Manager I, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with leadership in our Education Administration Department. In this role, you will provide administrative support to Directors and Vice Chiefs, and manage programming related to engagement and belonging, educational equity, compliance, regional markets and more. This position presents the valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation for career growth, all while advancing the future of healthcare.
A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule days M--F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Four days on-site, one day remote after 90-day new-hire period.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. Allocate time to meet completion requirements. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan developmentPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
