Program Manager I - Caregiver Wellbeing

The Program Manager will play a key role in supporting caregiver well-being by managing and enhancing wellness education programs such as 'Thrive Where You Are.' This individual will lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of both virtual and in-person resources, focusing heavily on stress management and emotional support. The role involves creating engaging educational content, facilitating group sessions, responding to resource requests, and ensuring programs are accessible and impactful for all caregivers. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a calm and empathetic presence, and the ability to independently manage multiple wellness initiatives across different sites.
**This caregiver will work 5 days a week on-site from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
+ Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
+ Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
+ Allocates time to meet completion requirements.
+ Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
+ Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
+ High School diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
+ Associate's degree and four years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
+ Master's degree and one year of experience may substitute for one year of experience.
**Certifications:**
+ May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.
**Complexity of Work:**
+ Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
+ Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
+ Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.
**Work Experience:**
+ Two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
