From the engineers who design large-scale production systems and cutting-edge quality assurance tools to the hands-on associates who manage our massive inventory flow, they make up a diverse group of behind-the-scenes team members dedicated to the success of our organization. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Support project initiation around specific objectives set by project requesters and business requirements + Assist with the onboarding process for new partners, learning to guide them through each stage from initial agreement to go-live + Contribute to the development of detailed onboarding plans for each partner, outlining key milestones, timelines, and responsibilities + Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Training, IT) to support seamless onboarding and integration + Collaborate with internal teams to support effective project launches and alignment with organizational goals + Manage a limited portfolio of partner onboarding projects simultaneously, with support in prioritizing tasks and resources + Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and deliverables, striving for timely completion + Learn to identify potential risks and contribute to resolving issues as they arise + Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in implementing solutions to keep projects on track + Generate and maintain project documentation throughout the life of the project + Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, team members, stakeholders, and sponsors + Utilize interpersonal skills to navigate situations, contribute to resolving conflicts, and support productive discussions + Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **High-level qualifications** : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
