Eaton’s division is currently seeking a Program Manager I, Programmatic Build Strategy. The position can be based at in: Charlotte, NC, Arden, NC, Raleigh, NC, Columbia, SC, Greenwood, SC or Sumter, SC. The position can be hybrid or flexibility of remote work if you are located near one of those locations.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

**What you’ll do:**
Eaton’s CPA and PDCA divisions are transforming the way we deliver complex, large-scale programmatic orders—and we’re looking for a strategic Program Manager I, Programmatic Build Strategy to help lead the charge. If you’re energized by the challenge of building high-performance delivery models, aligning diverse teams, and driving innovation across functions, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to shape how our products come to life.
As Program Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a cross-functional initiative focused on developing a robust programmatic build strategy that enhances engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field service performance. Your leadership will create a framework built on best practices, lessons learned, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll report directly to the ARS Director of Program Management and work alongside functional experts in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
• Champion Eaton’s PROLaunch process and agile methodologies to bring structure, clarity, and speed to our programs.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity by establishing a clear program structure, cadence, KPIs, and tactical execution plans.
• Own program scope and delivery—ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, cost, and technical expectations.
• Deploy the ADKAR model to lead effective change management and rollout strategies across divisions.
• Build a feedback system that connects strategic initiatives with ongoing production programs—sharing learnings and driving alignment.
• Construct detailed schedules in Microsoft Project that illuminate team dependencies and keep stakeholders accountable.
• Facilitate tough but thoughtful decision-making—balancing customer needs with operational realities.
• Deliver impactful updates through a robust Communications Plan, including monthly executive presentations and formal program reporting.
• Lead proactive risk management efforts—anticipating challenges and developing resolution strategies early.
• Partner with functional leaders to allocate resources, resolve staffing concerns, and build highly effective teams.
• Elevate our PM community—sharing best practices and mentoring up-and-coming program managers.

**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
+ Experience in power distribution equipment engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, installation, or maintenance.
+ Engineered To Order (ETO) engineering experience.
+ Understanding of data center customers and power solutions.
+ Master's degree from an accredited institution or MBA.
