This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and middle management leadership; and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Sales & Operations Planning and network configurations.

The incumbent will own the following:

Responsible for working with Operations, Finance, External fulfillment and other Amazon teams to identify and systematically solve pain points Responsible for driving cost benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions on various initiatives Once a go decision is made, the program manager will work to evolve a plan and timeline for execution. The program manager will develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own. They will also own writing reports that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis Liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks. Work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed.
