The key challenge for the incumbent shall be to leverage on the comprehensive wireline, wireless, submarine and internet infrastructure of Bharti, our strategic partnerships with other telecom service providers and content providers to deliver the committed solution to customer.
PM has an end-to-end responsibility of owing customer service relationships with Global Wholesale accounts. This makes the role of PM very crucial for ensuring a positive image of Airtel with key Global Wholesale clients as well as ensures high levels of customer satisfaction – considering that the relationship management would play a very important role in up selling of new services etc. as well as retaining the existing business.

Regular MIS flow to top management and customer updation. External agency liasioning. Team management Partner management Operation management
Educational Level
Must have: BE/B Tech (Electronics/ Telecom /Computers), MCA , BCA
Desirable: CCNA , CCNP , CAPM
Working Experience
Must have: Total 5-7 years of experience in ISP/Telecom. Minimum 2 years of experience on project management & handled complex project’s and having partner management skills. Sound technical & practical knowledge of routing, switching, SDH network & devices, LL, IP network, MPLS /VPN, EoSDH.
