Program Manager - German customers

The Program Manager that we are searching for will work for German customers.

Your role

Act as Program Owner for Flow3 and Flow4 projects by bringing strategy and holistic approachBe responsible to bring assigned projects into series production while meeting KPIs such as timing, quality and financialsOwnership over program duties, program management procedures and playbook for:  planning/timing, controlling, reporting  and escalation (internal & customer), organization/staffing, process compliance, change&risk management and KPIsAccountable of profitability achievement for their assigned programs, profit managementAct like an owner in daily executionBe responsible for complex product for German customersCommunication with German customers (understanding customer technology roadmap and building relationships - being a “Voice of the Customer”)Support new business development activities (initial Project Plan, risk assessment and change points activities for new quotes)Lead, manage, coach and develop the team of direct reports (Project Managers)Join HR activitiesSupport relevant assessments and audits and also drives process adherence, especially ASPICE MAN3/5 Compliance, IATF/ISO 16949, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity for German customers.

Your background: 

Bachelor or Master degree in economical, business management or engineering filedProfessional experience in an automotive OEM Experience in electronics or software product developmentProven records of successful Customer front-end & project experienceProven experience to lead  project to serious productionExperience in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsExcellent communication skills, as well as coaching and mentoring skillsVery good negotiations skills in order to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances. Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.Advanced ability to manage finances of projects’ portfolio and manifesting accountability for the overall resultsAbility to approach the challenges and making the decision with sense of urgency   Fluent English, Fluent German (nice to have)Willing  to travel frequentlyManaging of program risks and deliverables
