Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Program Manager (FLETC Roleplaying) to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. The Program Manager oversees all aspects of contract performance supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). This role ensures operational excellence across technical efforts, staffing, and roleplaying activities. Responsibilities Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements Interface with the Government’s COR Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority Must be available to the Government during normal business hours and will be available during all other times as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field PMP Certification Minimum of five years of experience as a program manager with experience directing an administrative staff and 300+ part-time employees Minimum of 15 years of combined law enforcement/training experience Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.
