In this role, a typical day will include :

Program Delivery & Performance Management

Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, QBRs, and Steering Committees (SteerCos) in alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain integrated program plans to identify key workstreams, interdependencies, and milestones.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering leads to proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Jira and EazyBI dashboards to measure health, velocity, and value delivery across teams.Conduct data analysis and storytelling through EazyBI to uncover trends, gaps, and improvement areas, with clear recommendations for action.

QBR & Financial Governance

Design and present insightful QBR reports, integrating performance data, OKR status, risk indicators, and financial updates.Support budget management, tracking spend against forecasts and understanding the software capitalization process.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, finance, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure transparency and alignment.Communicate program status, risks, and decisions with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders.Influence without authority, fostering accountability and alignment across teams and leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in program management, Agile/SAFe delivery, and stakeholder communication.Proven ability to connect program performance to business outcomes using metrics and data visualizations.Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or healthcare technologyExpert-level experience with Jira (advanced workflows, configurations) and EazyBI (custom dashboards, calculated metrics, data modeling).Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong facilitation skills and experience managing enterprise-scale initiatives across distributed teams.Solid understanding of enterprise governance, architecture, and the product/platform operating model.
