Program Manager/Business Ops
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Jira Management: Own and maintain Jira boards, ensuring tickets are accurately tracked, prioritized, and updated across multiple teams.
Project & Initiative Tracking: Maintain a clear view of who is running what, across all core platform initiatives.
Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel to visualize delivery progress and platform metrics.
Delivery Reporting: Draft and distribute weekly and bi-weekly delivery updates, highlighting progress, blockers, and upcoming milestones.
AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, summarize engineering updates, and enhance communication.
Engineering Liaison: Translate engineering work into digestible insights for cross-functional teams; shed light on technical progress and challenges.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication between engineering, product, and leadership teams.
