You’ll work closely with cross-functional global teams, including our U.S.-based engineering unit and the newly established Bangalore engineering team. Join a team that works on high-impact projects across multiple countries and regions, giving you the chance to influence global outcomes while navigating diverse cultural landscapes. **What will you do!** + **Program Leadership:** Manage and execute ATM programs across India and APAC, ensuring performance, quality, and contract compliance. + **Operational Oversight:** Supervise ongoing software and system maintenance at ATC towers — operational for over a decade. + **Customer & Partner Coordination:** Serve as the Collins OEM point of contact with key customers and partners . + **Contract Management:** Drive execution of annual maintenance contracts and support field operations and vendor activities. + **Proposal Development:** Support new business and proposal initiatives, including expansion plans over the next two to five years. + **Team Enablement:** Assist in the development of our engineering capabilities in India, including building out the new Bangalore-based team. + **Hardware Procurement:** Coordinate hardware needs with Supply Chain and Operations to support current and future program milestones. + **Compliance:** Ensure alignment with global trade and export compliance requirements. **Qualifications you Must have** **:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or related discipline) + 9–14 years of experience in **Program Management** within aerospace, defense, or ATM sectors + Proven experience with complex program lifecycles, including maintenance programs + Hands-on experience in Air Traffic Management systems or ATC tower software + Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities + Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a global matrixed organization + Ability and willingness to travel within India and internationally as needed **Qualifications we Prefer:** + Experience with Indian Air Force programs such as **MAFI** + Knowledge of ATC/ATM software systems used by air traffic controllers + Familiarity with working alongside or through system integrators like **TATA** + PMP or equivalent certification is a plus **Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company** , is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
