About the team

The Project / Portfolio and Demand Management team utilizes a standardized FIS Project Management Methodology, which is deeply rooted in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) framework and complies with the best practices in the industry.  The methodology provides practices, processes, rules and templates for project, program and portfolio management.  These standards are widely accepted in the industry and, when consistently applied, ensure that project deliverables meet quality expectations.  For the fulfillment of standard work requests, our team will align to the contractual SLAs / OLAs for each client while following ITSM best practices.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible to view the entire program strategically and effectively guide project managers to ensure they are all working effectively toward the overarching program’s objective.  In addition, you will be the “Face of FIS” with clients throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependenciesProviding strategic guidance to project managersFacilitating communication among a program’s cross-functional team
