Key Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder engagement with national health policymakers, healthcare leaders, community advocates, and individuals with lived experience of mental illness to inform program developmentDesign and execute research methodologies to assess feasibility and acceptability of interventionsDevelop and implement an impact evaluation model with standardized data collection timelines, validated tools, and analysis plansDesign data management systems (e.g., eCRFs, participant-reported outcomes) tailored to client goals and performance indicatorsAnalyze data and translate findings into ArcaMind’s standard operating frameworks for intervention adaptation, training, implementation and ongoing supervisionSupervises a team of trainers and supervisors to ensure high-quality execution of programsLead outreach and relationship-building with a wide variety of stakeholders to expand ArcaMind’s reach and impactEducation Requirements:
Master’s degree in public policy, Healthcare Administration or other healthcare or science related fieldRequired Qualifications:
5 years of relevant professional experiencePreferred Qualifications:
