Required skills: + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. + Proven experience as a Technical Governance Lead or similar role in IT project management, with specific experience in managing supply chain development and testing services. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading multiple Scrum teams. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage complex IT initiatives and deliver within the defined scope, quality, and timeframes. + Experience in resource planning and management, including surging capabilities and integrating additional staff based on project needs. + Familiarity with SAP and Digital Architectures, with the ability to oversee related system development life cycles. Nice to have skills: + Knowledge of Gen AI Tools and their application in enhancing productivity and quality in IT delivery models. + Will act as PROGRAM MANAGER + PREVIOUS SAP EXPERIENCE + PREVIOUS TELCO EXPERIENCE
