You’ll connect teams, streamline processes, and develop best practices—especially around modernization, facility management procedures, playbook management, and SharePoint resources. This role also includes executive reporting and oversight of strategic programs that support major company objectives. **What You’ll Do** Drive account-wide initiatives that improve operational efficiency and team alignment. Act as a connector across teams, encouraging collaboration and consistency in execution. Lead efforts around organizational restructuring and process optimization. Develop and maintain end-to-end operating procedures and standardized workflows. Manage playbook creation and updates to support consistent practices across the account. Coordinate cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process. Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get raised and resolved so that the program gets completed on time. Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs. Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery. Build and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated charts. Conduct financial or business evaluations. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports. Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality. + Sophisticated math skills.
