The Program Manager (PM) serves as key personnel under the CO-SETA 2.0 contract and is the primary point of contact with the Government. The PM provides overall leadership, management, and coordination of contract activities, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and administrative requirements. The PM is responsible for cost, schedule, staffing, reporting, and the quality of all deliverables. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and direct activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure contract performance. Provide operational direction and ensure compliance with management policies and procedures. Resolve technical and programmatic issues and provide recommendations to the Government. Serve as primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and COR; provide regular status updates. Submit required deliverables, including Cyber Security Workforce Reports, Funding Expenditure Tables, Monthly Status Reports, Contractor Rosters, Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes, and Briefing Materials. Oversee subcontractor management, ensuring accountability and performance. Supervise site leads and staff; maintain organizational lines of authority. Support contract documentation, briefings, and knowledge management. Ensure staff training, certification currency, and compliance with security requirements. Coordinate and approve contract-related travel; submit travel reports in accordance with requirements. Maintain effective communication with senior Government leadership to identify issues, risks, and recommended solutions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 10+ years of program management experience Experience managing DoD cyber or SETA programs Prior leadership supporting Marine Corps or Joint cyberspace operations Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership and organizational management skills Knowledge of financial management, scheduling, and resource planning Ability to engage with senior leaders and provide recommendations on technical and programmatic issues Skilled in risk management, decision analysis, and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefings and documentation Ability to supervise site leads, technical staff, and subcontractors Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required How you’ll grow  At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
