The Microsoft Devices Organization, part of the Experiences + Devices division, oversees the end-to-end physical and digital supply chains for Microsoft’s portfolio of hardware and software products, including Surface, Xbox, Accessories, Games, Windows, Office, and more. This role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Business Analysis, and AI Enablement, supporting Microsoft Device Protection Plans.
As a **Program Manager** , you will design product offers, business dashboards, and engineering tools, leveraging customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and issues. You will act as a Trusted Technical Advisor to Surface and Gaming teams, helping shape customer strategy, anticipate product-related challenges, and support engineering and sales teams.

**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze marketplace trends to identify strategic opportunities for business improvement.
+ Own the roadmap for tools and AI-driven insight generation, including business dashboards.
+ Evaluate short-term customer strategy and product alignment; contribute to strategy development.
+ Respond to moderately complex product and project management inquiries from customers.
+ Strengthen customer relationships by providing relevant product guidance and identifying needs.
+ Conduct customer research and align team resources to address potential issues.
+ Identify implementation bottlenecks and contribute to scalable solutions.
+ Support internal training and learning sessions.
+ Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to accelerate deal closure and technology adoption.
+ Assess customer satisfaction and document feedback to inform future deployments.
+ Track and resolve blockers to deployment, ensuring customers meet success conditions.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business
+ OR related field AND **2+ years** experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis
+ OR product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of expereince in **business analysis** and/or consulting
+ 1+ years of experience working with **AI** assistants or agents, including designing or integrating AI-powered experiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
