If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Program Manager **About the Role:** A Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within the Project Management Organization to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track program performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior management. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. **Reporting Relationships:** Direct Reports: N/A **Essential Job Responsibilities:** Scope of responsibility includes active leadership and management of a client engagement of projects in various stages of the strategy/sales/implementation lifecycle. This role will provide leadership, vision, strategic planning, and execution plans on our most complex accounts across multiple lines of business. The Program Manager will also execute multiple projects and/or coordinate work being managed by multiple business units. Establish an effective program governance structure and provide direction and oversight of multiple programs and projects for a specific client Program. + Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery. Partner with the client, client partner, client executives, service partner, service executives, and other key stakeholders to determine strategic objectives and critical success factors. + Provide a holistic view of a client’s overall Program to the client organization and all stakeholders, communication of Program changes, solution maps, and performance reviews. + Ability to manage multiple account projects with matrix management/influence across company. + Participate in business development activities, meet with prospective/current clients to facilitate solutioning and deal planning as appropriate. + Provide a holistic view of a client’s overall Program to the client organization and all stakeholders; Aggregates and summarizes information across all projects/programs to provide a high-level executive dashboard of Program status to Steering Committee, executive management, and other key stakeholders. + Manage Communication Plan in order to proactively communicate progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout program/project lifecycle. Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions. + Ensure consistent usage of standard program and project management practices enterprise wide. + Assess project plans and charters for completeness and quality; execute project health checks. + Fosters a high-performance matrix team by identifying resources and skillsets needed and implementing a management plan to ensure successful delivery of the overall Program. + Define Program governance outlining roles/responsibilities, decision rights, and clearly defined escalation path. + Ensure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected outcomes. The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline + 10-12 years of relevant project and program experience and\or relevant consulting experience + Experience collaborating with client facing projects \ organizations Conversions, Implementations, + Experience in driving large scale programs/projects and accounts. + Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams + Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries + Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project or program management processes and methodologies, as well as project lifecycle. + Familiarity with Project Management tools, especially Microsoft Project **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced Degree in relevant field + Supervisory/Management experience + Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred. + Six Sigma, LEAN + ProSci ADKAR / Change Management experience or certification **Travel Required: Up To 50%** This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
