Your Role 

Drives the execution of digital strategy / transformational projects across SLS Supply Chain for Life Science Oversee and support ongoing and new SLS Supply chain projects.Advance data driven decision making within the Supply Chain function.Effective communication and negotiation skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders At all times maintain a professional outlook and demonstrate respect, initiative and commitment towards your internal and external suppliers and customers Liaise closely with all departments in seeking or forwarding information vital to satisfy internal customer needs.Liaise with other departments to gain the greatest insights for projects.Actively continue to develop personal skills either internally within the company or externally on approved divisional training courses.Develop objectives, strategies, and tactics to expand process efficiency.Communicate to Management any information that you feel may be relevant to the Company’s objectives and strategies.

Who you are 

BS degree in a scientific, technical, or managementAPICS Certification’s like CSCP, CPIM preferred. Black Belt or Green Belt and / or PMP Certification preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in a strategic or supply chain & distribution role.Experience with frequent visibility and interaction with senior level managers.Strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical customer expectations of Life Science suppliers a plus.Understanding of supply chain planning software applications, ERP’s and Analytical ToolsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with various disciplines within the business.
