Employees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such Purchasing, Product Development and IERP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals 

2. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc.

3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors 

4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements

5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources

6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews

7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs

8. Strong knowledge of Agile framework

9. Strong knowledge of managing projects in Jira.
