All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Days **Location:** 900 WINDERLEY PL, Maitland, 32751 **The community you'll be caring for:** AdventHealth Orlando + Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando + Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America + AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country + We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year **The role you'll contribute:** The Program Manager leads, develops and monitors the design, validation, certification and implementation of best practices in systems and processes, ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of software architecture in accomplishing these practices. Performs issues resolution on complex problems, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. The Program Manager is able to query and interpret an extensive variety of data, and convey results in written, power point presentation or diagram form. Works on complex projects, diagnoses complicated issues, by utilizing trouble-shooting and problem solving capabilities. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works, interacts, and communicates independently with all levels of the organization, under the minimal supervision. Manages team members and serves as a mentor. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Performs current/future state process analysis. Determines what systems and procedures can result in best practices and is able to determine and present the options. Prepares written proposals, briefings, specifications, designs diagrams and presentations that assist management in making effective decisions. + Acts as a focal point for identifying issues that require management intervention. Assists in the identification, analysis and resolution of system or process problems. Quickly collects data and establishes facts in order to determine the cause of these problems, tracks and follows-up on issues, contacts and works with appropriate operational or technology staff to resolve issues. + Responsible for audits and identifying analytics to quantify the financial performance of systems or processes that result in best practices. Conducts research, prepares findings and recommendations, builds business cases and justifications that facilitate management decisions, and can articulate why best practices achieve optimal results. + Responsible for preparing agendas and facilitates various types of meetings at different campuses as required. Manages logistics and coordinates events, some of which may require travel out of state.
