**What You Can Expect**
Under general direction from the Site Director, the Program Manager will oversee the project management office (PMO) to enable the site business to efficiently execute activities related to continuous product lifecycle management of its assigned products and processes. This includes optimizing the lifecycle management business processes, project management, resource planning, supporting and facilitating central coordination of product lifecycle activities and sharing best practices across the business group. This position will work closely with key business groups and cross-functional business partners to coordinate and execute lifecycle strategies.
This position is on-site 5 days per week.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Project Management Office (PMO): Serve as the PMO Leader for business processes related to projects, product lifecycle, including the management of product master data, stage-gate transitions, and product retirement. Ensure alignment with site operations, quality, and supply chain processes to support efficient product throughput and compliance.
+ Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Support: Support the IBP process for the business group, ensuring accurate site inputs (capacity, labor, material availability, etc.) and execution readiness. Provide visibility to risks and opportunities impacting manufacturing deliverables tied to the business strategy.
+ Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Maintain collaborative partnerships with global and local teams including R&D, Manufacturing Network Optimization (MNO), Business Development, Finance, Clinical, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Operations to ensure aligned execution across the product lifecycle and site initiatives.
+ Portfolio and Product Data Analysis: Analyze data related to the business group’s portfolio—such as product demand, cost trends, compliance flags, and production performance—to inform strategic decisions and support site readiness for new product introductions, scale-ups, and retirements.
+ Product Retirement Execution: Lead cross-functional efforts at the site level for product phase-out, including inventory management, change control coordination, obsolescence planning, and execution of communication plans across impacted functions.
+ Leadership of Functional and Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and support site-specific functional projects aligned with strategic priorities, such as: New product introduction and technology transfer, process improvement and Lean initiatives, Operational readiness for global program rollouts (e.g., digital transformation, serialization, traceability), Cost savings and complexity reduction programs, Quality system enhancement or remediation efforts, Sustainability and EH&S improvement projects
+ Coordinate with site leadership to define scope, track milestones, manage risk, and report progress.

**Your Background**
**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
**Preferred Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, engineering or other related field
+ Master’s degree strongly preferred
+ Experience working in a medical device regulated environment
+ Experience working in a matrix organization
+ Experience managing a functional area within Brand Management, Product Development, Finance or Operations with demonstrated results-oriented performance
**Travel Expectations**
Up to 10%
