Job Title: Program ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to support our two largest mission-based programs. This role involves leading internal coordination and working closely with government-like customers. A strong hardware background is essential, as the focus is not on software. Responsibilities + Support the two largest mission-based programs, focusing on scheduling and budgeting. + Lead internal coordination efforts to ensure seamless program execution. + Collaborate effectively with government-like customers to meet program objectives. + Utilize MS Project and Jira for scheduling and project management tasks. + Manage hardware-focused projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Essential Skills + 10 years of program management experience. + Proficiency in MS Project and Jira. + Strong skills in scheduling and budgeting. + Extensive hardware background . Additional Skills & Qualifications + Aerospace experience is preferred. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days on-site and two days remote.
