MAU is hiring a Program Manager for Grenzebach in Newnan, GA. As a Program Manager, you will lead and scale complex data center infrastructure programs while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Shift Information Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience PMP Certification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field 10–15 years of relevant experience in program management Proven success in cross-functional program execution in complex or high-growth environments Experience with Microsoft Project, WaySuite, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools Proficiency with SAP (Project Systems module), Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Preferred Education and Experience PgMP, ITIL, or Agile/SAFe Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma operational practices Experience with DCIM platforms, AutoCAD, or Visio General Requirements Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to manage ambiguity and scale operational systems Deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including rack integration and compliance Strategic thinker with strong hands-on problem-solving ability Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders (VP and above) Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence Essential Functions Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers Own execution and governance across a portfolio of data center customer programs Drive standardization of processes, reporting, and quality across programs Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and services Implement dashboards, reporting rhythms, and KPI tracking for internal and customer reviews Partner with executive stakeholders on program health, risk, and roadmap development Manage capacity planning, tooling strategy, and operational scalability initiatives Act as a key leader in fast-paced, startup-like environments
