As a Program Manager in the XR tech group, you will work with leadership and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product designers to understand what capabilities are on the technological horizon and manage programs for internal testing and partnerships with third party developer ecosystems. Problem-solving and process management comes second nature to you and are evident in your skills, your past projects, and the breadth of successes that have marked your career. You are curious about and engage with emerging technologies and are excited by the AR, VR, MR, XR space. You are interested in how new technologies enable new means of self-expression to a scale audience. You will assist with program management, operations and communications for product workstreams related to computational mapping, contribute to strategic projects and programs for internal and external facing programs and partnerships. Skills and Requirements 4-8 years program and project management, strategy consulting, and/ or research experience Experience working effectively with people of all levels, including executives, both within and outside of their organization Skilled at setting up programs and operationally efficient Able to shift priorities quickly and to act proactively, while maintaining organization and control Understanding the importance of confidentiality and using discretion is essential Strong project management, communication and decision-making skills Flexibility to juggle a range of tasks Proven track record handling highly confidential information Travel 10-20% of the time Experience in coordinating and running user research Experience leading cross-functional projects at an AR/VR or CV(computer vision) related tech company Academic research experience (Masters or PhD) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
