Role Definition
Provides project consultation and leads a team responsible for resolving technology-related issues for both internal and external customers, while ensuring compliance with established standards and processes. Additionally, oversees CI IT team business unit demand management and forecasts budgets for IT-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Guide the team in consulting on client requirements and proposing technology solutions and business cases; lead the evaluation, selection, and utilization of both new and existing tools and techniques.
• Serve as PMO for the China Digital Manufacturing Program, overseeing the umbrella project and ensuring alignment across sub-projects.
• Lead the team in designing, testing, and implementing technical projects in collaboration with IT staff.
• Ensure that all technology designs and implementations comply with established standards and processes.
• Manage IT demand and project activities, including tracking and reporting progress.
• Oversee IT-related demand budget planning and forecasting.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
