Job Summary:

Provide Program Management support to Government personnel and programs that support the department, division or branch activities at Naval Surface Warfare Center – Indian Head. This position is not remote and is in office on NSWC Indian Head.

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration10 years’ experience in Program Management; experience with Naval Surface Warfare Center operation is preferredExperience managing complex teams of professionals providing support across multiple areasPMP certification preferred

Essential Duties:

Assist in milestone planning and tracking; evaluate program schedules, track deliverables, and prepare and submit monthly status reportsAttend meetings and reviews as directed by the GovernmentProvide oversight for contract team, interface directly with internal and external clients

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Strong communication skillsAbility to establish clear processes and identify the objectives and measures for success necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Skilled at identifying key issues, risks, problems and utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to determine project status and maintain trajectory.

The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
