Job Title: Program Manager - UiPath and ERP ImplementationJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead end-to-end program management for UiPath and ERP implementation projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining project scope, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Responsibilities + Manage end-to-end program management for UiPath and ERP implementation projects. + Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors. + Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans. + Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards. + Drive change management and user adoption strategies. + Continuously evaluate and improve automation and ERP processes post-implementation. Essential Skills + 5+ years of ERP Implementation experience. + 5+ years of experience with UiPath. + Programming within UiPath. + Strong program and project management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with NET Suite and SAP Business 1 is a plus. + Mechanical, engineering, and manufacturing process knowledge. + Self-managed and able to meet deadlines. Work Environment The position requires working Monday through Friday, with the option of 7 AM to 4 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM shifts. Reporting directly to the director of operations, the role demands immediate productivity without formal training. It is essential to engage effectively while maintaining focus on meeting project deadlines. The role is initially a 6-month contract with potential for extension, contingent on workload and performance. The company is expected to grow significantly in the upcoming months. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $93000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
