We are seeking a Program Manager (PGMT) to drive strategic execution across large-scale, AI-powered ad solutions that serve billions of impressions daily. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives that power monetization across Microsoft properties such as Bing, Edge, and Copilot, delivering seamless agentic advertiser and user experiences at web scale.
This Program Manager will be a leader in execution across projects. They will orchestrate aligning engineering execution with product strategy across cross-functional teams spanning machine learning, user experience, data privacy, and monetization systems. You’ll partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure that Microsoft Advertising continues to deliver intelligent, efficient, and responsible advertising solutions powered by AI. A solid candidate will have the ability to scale and strategically align areas of ambiguity across many stakeholders and drive clarity towards shared outcomes.
You will focus on building and scaling innovative ad products—from predictive targeting and dynamic creatives to real-time auction infrastructure—while ensuring operational excellence.
