Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will lead projects focused on implementing manufacturing strategies for innovative Neurovascular products, specifically targeting venous thromboembolism clot removal. You will be accountable for all design transfer activities, ensuring timely delivery of the product within scope, quality, and budget.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects for new product introduction, ensuring adherence to manufacturing strategies.Maintain accountability for design transfer activities to deliver products on time, within scope, quality, and budget.Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.Innovate and improve current project management tools and PMO governance.Ensure stakeholder alignment and resource prioritization.Escalate employee performance issues and workflow problems as necessary.Review and spot-check deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.Essential SkillsProven project management skills with 6-8+ years of experience.Experience in medical device industry.Strong stakeholder alignment capabilities.PMP certification or equivalent preferred.Experience with EU MDR, labeling, and regulatory affairs.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering.6+ years of post-grad work experience.Experience in resource prioritization and change management.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
