1. Responsible for project & people management aspects of the Project
2. Manage Operational Excellence of the projects (Applied Ratio, Yield, On Time Recruitment, MMR,
Attrition Management)
3. Review, Monitor delivery excellence aspects of the projects.
4. Technical presentations, Proposal requirements and Project management, Complete Ownership of Projects, Escalation point for negative CSAT, Manage Fixed Bid Projects
5. Guidance, mentoring, coaching and direction. New Idea development within the team
6. Project health and progress with respect to project success, Team management (Delivery Plans, Initiatives, Issues and escalations)
7. Adhere to QMS, Customer specific processes, standards and specifications during project tasks delivery.
8. Support preparation of quotations and proposals for customers
9. Operational Excellence of the Projects and Team: Applied Ratio/ Yield, On time Recruitment, Attrition Management, MMR, Workload Planning
10. Project performance - Effective Project estimation, planning and tracking.
11. Resource allocation and optimization (People + Infrastructure)
12. Compliance to Quality Management Systems
13. Adhering to QuEST policies and processes
