We're looking for a self-motivated, highly strategic and technically adept Program Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of driving critical initiatives that shape our strategy and growth trajectory.
About the Role
Lead strategic projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery that aligns with broader organizational goals. Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from planning to execution.
Strategic Alignment & Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure projects align with business objectives, critical metrics, and organizational goals. Establish and maintain positive relationships with teams to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution.
Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Implement project plans effectively, tracking progress, making necessary adjustments, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Change Management & Adoption: Develop and implement effective change management plans to ensure smooth user adoption, including training, communication, and support. Lead the organization through complex changes, mitigating resistance and ensuring long-term adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and key collaborators. Manage expectations, ensure alignment, and provide clear, actionable insights through regular updates and reporting.
Leadership & Influence: Lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive transformational outcomes. Act as a key influencer in shaping strategy, governance, roadmap, and execution for projects and programs.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage business intelligence and data analytics to monitor and measure the impact of initiatives. Use data to optimize strategy, drive actionable insights, and improve key business outcomes.
Thought Leadership: As a thought leader and expert, share best practices, frameworks, and insights to mitigate risk and ensure successful implementation.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
P3 Program Manager4+ Years of proven program/project management experience
4+ Years Experience managing technical projects in a SaaS environment
P4 Sr Program Manager7+ Years of proven program/project management experience
7+ Years Experience managing technical projects in a SaaS environment
Other Qualifications:Analytical and problem-solving skills and capability to interpret client business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
Ability to learn new products and technical concepts quickly through instruction and self-training.
Availability and flexibility to work with global teams in multiple time zones.
Ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently and to adjust to shifting priorities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving.
Practical knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, etc.
Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.
PMP Certification highly desirable.
