The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is seeking a Program Manager who is responsible for programmatic oversight of ongoing implementation projects. They will work closely with our clients to install and support our suite of products. This position is a hybrid project management and technical implementation role that involves overseeing complex, enterprise-level client engagements. The Program Manager works with clients through the implementation of the products and serves as the primary contact with the client during the project.
A Typical Day:
Confirm and drive creation/ alignment of overall program scope and timeline.Ensure that goals/objectives/ deliverables are defined, including the end objective definition, scope, and general timelines.Manage communication, coordination and status updates between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.Coordinate lessons learned cross functional teams and drive lesson learned programAnticipate needs and drive results through planning, documentation, dependency coordination, tracking, internal training and communications.Create and analyze operational trends and data used for decision making, root cause analysis and performance measurement.Build partnerships, work collaboratively and communicate effectively to achieve shared objectives.Make Improvements to processes to improve the experience and delivery for internal and external customers.Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered toBring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related experienceTechnical Background with experience in common Scrum and Agile practices preferred.Jira, Power BI and MS Project experience preferred.Self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment while delivering results.Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.Proven ability in building effective partnership with diverse groups in multiple locations/environmentsAbility to convey technical concepts to business oriented teams.Capable of assessing and communicating risks and mitigations while managing ambiguity.Experience managing customer and internal expectations while understanding the organizational and customer impact.Strong organizational, process, leadership, and collaboration skills.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
