If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can thrive, keep reading! **The National Security Sector** technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. **Are you ready for your next career challenge?** The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to manage and Agile DevSecOps Program supporting Federal Law Enforcement. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and can establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division, as well as our external Government customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award! **Primary Responsibilities:** + Provide oversight and management of all personnel on the contract + Ensure program schedule, performance and deliverables are met while providing exceptional user-drive, business aligned IT Services to enable cutting edge technology + Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks. + Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization. **Clearance Required:** + Current Secret. **Basic Qualifications:** + A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project and program management. + Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts. + Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills. + Experience in monitoring program priorities, procedures, objectives, resource allocation, and areas of service. + Experience in managing program and project teams to ensure goals are completed on time. + Experience in identifying possible current and future risks to program efficiency or success. + Experience managing teams that use agile methodologies. + Bachelor’s degree (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree). + Twelve or more (12+) years of total relevant experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification + Experience with SAFe or SAFe certification **Original Posting:** June 17, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
