Key Responsibilities

Lead project execution, resource allocation, and asset optimisation.Collaborate across design, site, safety, environmental, and commercial teams.Ensure delivery aligns with The Downer Standard, financial targets, and compliance requirements.Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing tenders, procurement, and subcontractors.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Proven experience in delivering complex capital projects within a partner delivery model.Strong financial and commercial acumen with forecasting and reporting capabilities.Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Committed to Zero Harm and safety-first decision making.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
