Job Description
Driving Rodeos: Plan, organize, and execute GRASSROOTS sponsored and supported Regional Driving Rodeos for 2026.
Manage all aspects related to the planning and execution of these events.
Grassroots Safety Culture Summits: Plan, organize, and execute GRASSROOTS sponsored and supported Safety Culture Summits for 2026.
Oversee all elements involved in the planning and execution of these summits.
Supporting GrassRoots Team: Develop and set up a program for the GrassRoots team, including defining the program, scheduling resources, and coordinating the deployment plan.
Identify grassroots individuals and assist them in planning and scheduling their activities independently.
Create a comprehensive plan that can be followed annually by each group.
Safety Culture: Organize multiple safety culture summits in each region, ensuring consistency across all events.
Assist with manpower planning to manage over 20 summits per year, ensuring each summit is led by different groups but maintains consistency.
Project Involvement:
o Engage in projects such as Starling, EO Safety strategy, Garmin, PSEMS, Driving Rodeos, and Grassroots Culture Summits
o Participate in other multi-year projects as required.

Skills and Requirements
7+ Years Experience non technical Program and Project Management
Experience with program creation and events related to the new programs
Organizing programs from end to end and creating a footprint for other groups to use
Work with individuals and organizations on developing a comprehensive plan for their events and changes from the ground up
Organizational skills, good communication, critical thinking skills
Onsite more often as needed, usually 1 day per week in Dublin, could also travel a bit in service territory for some of these events they will work on (need to be flexible with on site as needed) null
