The individual provides program management for customer projects, focusing on the assertive oversight of product launches, vigilant cost containment, avoidance, and reduction throughout a comprehensive communications effort. This covers variety of products (Turbochargers, EGR, Glow Plugs, Glow Plugs Controllers, Ignition Coils…).
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as program owner, accountable for execution and success of the programs.Develops and validates program scope and customer deliverables.Ensures that customer expectations for quality, timing, and product performance are met or exceeded.Provision of transparency in respect of project objectives, organization and resultsCreating and monitoring of the project timing and budgeting plansProfessional management of cross-functional project teams (including interfacing & coordinating external suppliers’ activities/tasks).Realization of project and cost optimizationAssurance of internal and external project milestones.Organization and implementation of regular meetings with cross-functional team globally.Recognition, highlighting and elimination of obstacles to project implementationLiaise with other regional Program/Product Line Managers to capture, track and report all programs and their related status/reviews.Identify and engage with stakeholders worldwide. Keep stakeholders informed about program progress, risks, and changes.Ensure that program deliverables follow and meet all phase of processes and procedures.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
