Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible for project management and service delivery of all products & services.
Program Manager, planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services. On Time, within budget Implementation of the complete project Customer engagement to address customer dependencies & e2e project delivery as per signed scope of work. Enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organizationSkills Required

Customer engagement & communication Project kick off meeting/call with Customer Resolution of customer dependencies Share Project Plan with the customer e2e tracking & monitoring of project delivery Proactive & timely project status update to the customer Project Stage tracking & ensure timely delivery Project follow ups, escalations and constraint resolution Delivery of third party media/bandwidth Customer CPE integration & testing Schedule planned activities with the customers Accelerate & Maximize revenue by faster deployment of projectEducational Qualifications 6 – 10 years project execution experience in Telecom/ ISP industry Sound understanding of telecom technology, products & services
Work Experience
Diploma Technical, preferably B.E/B.Tech Qualify CS Hiring Test Strong communication skills Strong planning and execution skills
