Leitung und Lenkung des zugeordneten ProjektesVor Ort Vertretung beim jeweiligen OEMPlanung, Leitung und Kontrolle aller Aktivitäten des Product Delivery Process (PDP)Planung und Überwachung von Ressourcen sowie Planung und Einhaltung von Budgets, Terminen und QualitätszielenDurchführung aller Programm-, Phasen- und Gate-ReviewsDurchführung von Programmprüfungen sowie von Anpassungen zur Erfüllung der ProgrammanforderungenSteuerung von Aktionen zur Verhinderung von Abweichungen in Bezug auf Produkt, Prozess und SystemEntwicklung, Empfehlung und Umsetzung von ProblemlösungenVerifizierung von Lösungen (Herstellbarkeitsbewertung, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, APQP)Unterstützung des Vertriebes bei der Akquisition neuer ProjekteErzeugung von Synergien zwischen ProjektenAufbau, Führung, Motivation, Kontrolle und Coaching des Programmteams
