Program Manager, New Product Development

Description:
Drive strategic execution and cross-functional coordination for high-impact product initiatives. This high-visibility role requires strong communication and leadership skills to influence teams without direct authority, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to new product development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of new product development programs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.Develop and manage program schedules, resource plans, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems.Serve as the central point of accountability for tracking and communicating program risks, issues, milestones, and decisions.Deliver concise, executive-level updates to internal leadership and stakeholders.Foster cross-departmental collaboration through relationship-building and shared accountability.Influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities across teams without direct reporting lines.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred).5+ years of experience in program management, product development, or operations within a manufacturing environment.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Demonstrated leadership through influence and effective communication.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and adapt plans dynamically.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Experience Level: Intermediate
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
