Kforce's client is seeking a Program Manager to support a portfolio of software delivery initiatives within a technical enablement team in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: This individual will work alongside a senior Program Manager to coordinate and drive the planning and execution of complex programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring alignment across internal teams-product, engineering, design, and data-as well as external stakeholders, helping to deliver initiatives efficiently from discovery through completion. This role is well-suited for someone with 2-5 years of experience in technical program or project management who is comfortable in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This is not a role for a traditional, process-heavy project manager-success here requires flexibility, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity. Why This Role?
