Environmental Compliance Program Manager

Job Description

The Environmental Compliance Program Manager (EC-PM) will collaborate with New Product Development and Sustaining teams to ensure our products adhere to all applicable environmental and chemical regulations. This role involves monitoring and analyzing emerging trends and changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules, and regulations. The successful candidate will establish and maintain a robust product compliance program to prevent and resolve product impacts or delays while minimizing business risk.

ResponsibilitiesWork with New Product Development and Sustaining teams to ensure compliance with environmental and chemical regulations.Monitor and analyze trends and changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules, and regulations.Establish and maintain an effective product compliance program.Resolve product impacts and delays while minimizing business risk.Maintain Environmental Compliance policies and procedures.Ensure Environmental Compliance timelines align with product launch plans.Communicate effectively with legal counsel, engineers, technical specialists, and management in a global environment.Essential SkillsKnowledge of chemical regulations and consumer electronics.Experience working with suppliers to collect compliance documentation and data.Ability to write and present compliance regulations to leadership.Work Environment

This role offers flexible start and end times, with core hours from 9am to 5pm PST. It is a 100% onsite role with free parking available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $105.00/hr.
