The Program Manager is responsible for managing medium- to large-size programs.

YOUR IMPACT

Create and maintain program documentation for program planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, program communication, and quality assuranceCoordinate and manage internal and external resources to accomplish program objectives, including change managementPlans and directs large programs to completionManages project scope, cost, timeline and risk managementAccepts and delegates authority, establishes priorities for work delegated to othersMonitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as neededCoordinate communication between suppliers, customers, and team members (e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Service, Testing, Quality Control, and Marketing departments) as neededPrepare and present program status/issues to internal and external customersIdentify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approvalProvide guidance to Project Leads and other team members to ensure the project management processes are followed and projects are on track

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in project management or related fieldPMP certification6-plus years related project management experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal presentation and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsLean and Six Sigma experiencePrevious military experience in logistics

Pay Range:

$91,800.00 - $153,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
