YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

Lead cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines or negotiate any project changes with clients.Define and communicate client program requirements to the cross-functional team.Participate in technical/design reviews with the F4 team.Oversee multiple programs for successful execution, before launch and regular production.Monitor and improve operational system execution.Lead kaizen events (workshops and station or machine improvements), process and product improvement projects.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering or a related fieldFully bilingual+3 years of experience in a similar positionProficient in OfficeAdvanced Problem-Solving TechniquesLeadershipProactivity
