Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to support our program in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance program governance, coordination, and execution while ensuring polished, executive-ready communication. Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the Program, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple project managers and a Scrum Master * Work closely with (Manager) and the leadership team to provide high-quality program updates and ensure deliverables meet executive standards * Develop, refine, and present program status reports that can be shared up to the GVP and VP level * Governance & Execution: Potentially take on governance responsibilities, ensure adherence to processes, and get in the weeds when needed-such as developing detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, and identifying impacted teams * Act as a central point of coordination, chasing down PMs, ensuring alignment, and setting up key meetings to keep the program on track * Leverage strong presentation skills to effectively communicate program updates and risks to stakeholders * Navigate team dynamics and organizational politics with diplomacy and strategic awareness
