Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Vendor Management: * Serve as the primary point of contact for a third-party software vendor, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall performance * Ensure alignment between software capabilities and business needs across departments (Operations, Finance, IT, etc.) * Facilitate collaborative planning, requirements gathering, and validation activities Business Case Development: * Lead the creation and validation of business cases derived from vendor-provided justification or data insights * Quantify potential business value, cost savings, operational efficiency, or regulatory impact Prioritization Framework Creation: * Design and implement a scalable framework for evaluating and prioritizing future project workstreams * Leverage KPIs, ROI models, and business impact assessments to drive informed decision-making across the organization Technical Data Analysis: * Analyze AMI and meter data from source systems to explore trends, validate use cases, and model performance metrics * Collaborate with data teams to extract, transform, and interpret data for operational and strategic insights
