We are currently seeking a **Program Manager** to join our team!
You will use your project and organizational skills to be responsible for management of various business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes. These projects span across multiple areas and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices. You will be responsible for managing a team of project managers with their own project portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a team of Project Managers to deliver business commitments aligned with AOP plan
+ Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and quickly resolve any customer issues
+ Implement and monitor project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time
+ Review all job contract documents
+ Maintain project meeting minutes and distribution
+ Report project progress to the key stakeholders
+ Evaluate subcontractor performance
+ Assemble project closeout documents and warranties
+ Facilitate flow of paperwork
+ Responsible for ordering and tracking materials
+ Responsible for procuring the right resources
+ Ensure on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation
+ Ownership for projects financial performance. Monitor performance monthly and review estimates versus actuals to continually improve the projects operational metrics
+ Follow GPM Mandatory Compliance requirements for all assigned projects
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 5+ years of project management or project engineering experience
+ BS degree or equivalent technical or management experience required.
+ Experience in a team leadership role.
+ Experience working with National Companies
+ Experience in Contracts Management
+ Thorough knowledge of handling LSS Projects, field operations and financial processes
+ Demonstrated ability to lead a team
+ The ability to demonstrate energy and determination to achieve results and improvement by overcoming obstacles, remaining effective despite setbacks, and challenging current thinking
+ The ability to engage employees by providing relevant information in a timely manner using clear and compelling messages and by listening to and valuing input from employees.
+ The ability to understand the implications and assess the appropriate degree of acceptable risk and take actions to minimize risk.
+ Must be based in a LATAM country or Houston, TX USA. Prefer Buenos Aires, Argentina or Mexico City, Mexico
+ Fluent in English and Spanish
+ Must be able to travel up to 25% throughout LATAM countries and the United States.
+ Hybrid modality in office, remote would be okay with HM, it will depend on the office rules

+ Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
+ Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
+ Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
+ Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
+ Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result
+ Exceeding internal and external customer expectation
+ Effective communication skills
+ Fluent in Portuguese
+ Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt)
+ Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
