We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage intelligence programs in support of U.S. national security efforts. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in intelligence analysis, team leadership, and program oversight, ensuring that all objectives are met in accordance with client requirements and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities Provide overall management and oversight of intelligence-related programs and personnel.Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with contract scope, timelines, and budget constraints.Serve as the primary interface with the customer, stakeholders, and internal teams.Oversee daily operations, team performance, and deliverable quality.Ensure compliance with intelligence requirements, analytical processes, and security protocols.Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team of analysts and support staff.Support the development, review, and dissemination of intelligence products.Use Microsoft Office Suite tools to develop reports, presentations, and briefings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.At least five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).Minimum of three (3) years of program management, leadership, or supervisory experience.Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, demonstrated through experience on multi-disciplinary teams.Strong writing, editorial, and grammar skills, with at least two (2) years of writing-intensive work (e.g., publishing, editing, intelligence reporting).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or other federal government (non-USIC) roles.Technical or hard science background (e.g., engineering, data science, cybersecurity).Experience as a certified release authority for intelligence product dissemination.PMP or other project/program management certification (highly desirable).
