Program Manager
Job Requirements

Program Manager for leading the cross functional team for life cycle management programs for Capital Medical Devices with agreed scope/budget/schedule with high quality deliverables. 

In this role, you are responsible for:

Planning, leading, and tracking LCM project or sub-project.Managing incremental changes or portfolio extensions supporting current businessAchieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements and keeping abreast of developments in project management tools and processes as well as technical domainManaging projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directivesPreparing and implementing single project or sub-projects for the Life Cycle Management (LCM) phase of an integral project, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffingEstablish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans. Works with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the program is fully compliant with the customer quality system, FDA design controls, and global regulatory agency requirements.Manage risks in the project(s).Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively. Work as an SPOC for external stakeholders and internal leadership teamManaging and Reporting of key KPIs to senior managementCoaching and Supporting team members

 



Work Experience

You're the right fit if:

B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/ Mechanical/ Bio Medical with 12+ years’ relevant experience, including >5 years Project Management.Several years of hands-on experience in leading medical devices / products development / life cycle management projects.Embedded software project management experience will be a plus.Strong knowledge and understanding of medical device regulatory standards.Excellent communication skills and handling of stakeholdersStrong technical background in R&D engineering disciplines (e.g. electronics, mechatronics).Excellent integral (cross functional) stakeholder/perception management skills.Good multidisciplinary (R&D) stakeholder/perception management skillsStrong leadership competenciesGood people management skills
